Rachel Martinez and Mark Carter were very helpful and responsive to my questions leading up to our cabinet painting project. Javier and Edgar did a wonderful job painting our cabinets, and we're very pleased with the result. They were very pleasant, professional and thorough. (Rachel's email mentioned that we'd be working with someone named Fernando as production manager but we never met or interacted with him.) One note for improvement--the email templates and contract wording used prior to the project could use some updating---they seem to be tailored for painting walls, not cabinets, so a lot of the info didn't apply to us. Would have been more helpful and I would've had less questions if the info up front pertained to our cabinet painting project. But otherwise, everyone was great to work with, your pricing was competitive, and our cabinets look great. Thanks!
